How do I connect my bank account?
Go to the Transactions tab and tap “Connect Bank Account.” You'll be guided through a secure connection process powered by Teller. Your bank login credentials are never stored on our servers.
How does automatic mileage tracking work?
ListingLedger uses your device's GPS to automatically detect and log business trips. You'll need to grant “Always Allow” location permission in your device settings. You can also manually add trips at any time.
How do I scan a receipt?
Tap the “+” button and select “Scan Receipt.” Point your camera at the receipt and our AI will automatically extract the merchant name, amount, date, and line items. You can review and edit the details before saving.
Can I generate tax reports?
Yes. ListingLedger generates IRS Schedule C-compliant PDF reports. Go to the Reports section, select your desired date range, and tap “Generate Report.” Reports include categorized expenses, mileage deductions, and property-specific breakdowns.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To change or cancel your plan, go to Settings on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ListingLedger.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your data from our servers. You can also email us to request deletion.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Bank connections are handled through Teller, a trusted financial data provider. Your bank login credentials are never stored on our servers.
